Refund Policy

How do I return an item?

Cancellation:
If the customer chooses to cancel the installation of the shelter for any reason, the following refunds or charges apply:

Five business days before the planned installation date:
The Entire Deposit amount of shelter and Rock SolidTM payment will be refunded. Less than five days before the planned installation date: No refund of Deposit or Rock SolidTM payment.

Day of installation date:
Full agreement price is due. All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to: (615) 233-1939 or delivered to 1169 S. Main St, Eagleville TN 37060.

Rescheduling:
If the customer reschedules the installation date without a 48-hour notice, an additional charge of $300 will apply.

Delivery & Timing

When will my order ship?

Delivery method:
Shelters will be transported via NSS vehicles and handled by certified installers. Installations are typically scheduled two to three weeks from order date.
